By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our Services.

AXENTIA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of Services.

AXENTIA offers tiered investment contracts through the AXEN Bot. By participating in any investment plan, you agree to the following terms:

AXENTIA operates a multi-tier referral program allowing users to earn commissions by introducing new participants to the platform. Participation in the referral program is subject to the following conditions:

Referral commissions are only earned when a referred user completes KYC verification and makes a qualifying deposit. Self-referral, circular referral structures, and any attempt to artificially inflate referral counts are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all earned commissions and account termination.

AXENTIA reserves the right to modify referral commission rates, tier structures, and payout schedules at any time. Accrued unpaid commissions at the time of a rate change will be honored under the previous rate structure.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using AXENTIA Services:

Cryptocurrency investments carry substantial risk. The value of digital assets can be highly volatile and may fluctuate dramatically within short periods. You should only invest funds that you can afford to lose entirely.

AXENTIA does not guarantee any specific return on investment. While the AXEN Bot employs sophisticated arbitrage strategies designed to minimize directional market risk, no automated trading system can eliminate all risk of loss. By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept these risks in full.

Regulatory changes in your jurisdiction may affect the legality or tax treatment of your activities on AXENTIA. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws applicable to you.

All content on the AXENTIA platform — including but not limited to the AXEN Bot's algorithms, software, UI/UX design, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of AXENTIA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any content from the AXENTIA platform without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AXENTIA, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

In no event shall AXENTIA's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services exceed the total amount you have deposited with AXENTIA in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

AXENTIA reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or legal requirements.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Active investment contracts at the time of termination will be settled according to the applicable contract terms. Earned but undistributed returns may be forfeited if termination is due to a breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international financial regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which AXENTIA is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against AXENTIA.

AXENTIA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify users via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.
